Cancelling order :

All 3hunnid customers can cancel their orders through the control panel and press the “Cancel Order” button next to the View Order button, then write the required data and send the request. The locksmith team will review your request and then approve it, and you will receive a notification of approval to change the status of the request to Canceled, and by this we mean the requests that It was not received or did not come out of the shipping company.

Return / exchange order:

You are not entitled to return or exchange any of the following products:

• previously used or damaged by you

• Any products that are missing or tampered with their serial number

• Non-returnable items opened after delivery, or if mixed with other items after delivery
